Pickup is available for all hotels in Ao Nang and Ao Nam Mao. Private transfer pickup is available according to your selected time from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier, 15 minutes from Railay East. Guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. Guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
The transfer operator will confirm the exact pickup time by email. Please recheck your email before the transfer date.
Please meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has left your pickup location.
