For the Phuket–Phi Phi Ferry Transfer option, please meet at Rassada Pier Terminal for ferry check-in. No hotel pickup or drop-off transfers are included for this option. The ferry departure time will be confirmed by the operator by email after booking. Please check your email for ferry details and arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrival after the scheduled departure time may result in missing the ferry and will be treated as a no-show.

For guided day tour options, hotel pickup is available from hotels in the Phuket area. Pickup time is between 4.40 a.m. and 8.30 a.m., depending on your selected option. The exact pickup time will be confirmed by the operator by email after booking. Please check your email for pickup details and wait at your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. Guests who are more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a no-show.
