Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from all hotels in the Phuket area at Laguna, Bangtao, Surin, Kamala Beach, Patong Beach, Kata and Karon Beach. Pickup is approximately 15 minutes before the selected start time. The tour operator will confirm your exact pickup time by email. Please check your email before the activity date. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the schedule. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
You can travel to the meeting point by private car, taxi, or other public transportation. Please arrive a little before the scheduled activity time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time, you may be considered a no-show.
