- The maximum permitted weight is 90 kg (198 lbs) per rider. Guests exceeding this limit are not permitted to ride.
- Guests are advised to wear comfortable pants, socks, and sneakers or other comfortable closed-toe shoes. Helmets and rubber boots are provided for the activity.
- Riding instructions are provided before and during the activity, and no previous experience is required. Guests must follow the instructor’s safety instructions at all times.
- For safety reasons, this activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with severe back, neck, or joint problems.
- Guests with heart conditions or other serious medical conditions are advised not to participate.
- Guests who have consumed alcohol before the activity will not be permitted to ride and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Professional photography during the ride is available for THB 2,000, while drone video service is available for THB 3,000. Both are subject to availability, and payment can be made on-site on the day of the activity.
- If the activity must be cancelled, guests will be informed in advance and offered a different date, an alternative tour, or a full refund.
