Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is available from hotels in Chiang Mai Old Town only. Guests staying outside Chiang Mai Old Town must meet at one of the four designated pickup points listed above.
As this is a private tour, you can choose your preferred pickup time between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Your selected pickup time will be confirmed by email after booking.
Please be ready in your hotel lobby or at your designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. Late arrival may shorten the time available at each stop or cause some activities to be missed.

- This tour is not recommended for guests with a fear of darkness, confined spaces, or bats, or for those with knee problems or asthma, due to the cave exploration part of the tour.
- This private tour follows a fixed route and schedule to ensure all main stops can be completed within the day. Additional stops or visits to locations outside the itinerary are not available.
- In the rare event that we need to cancel the tour, you will be informed in advance and offered an alternative date, an alternative tour, or a full refund.
- This tour is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, mobility issues, back problems, or serious medical conditions.
