For guests staying on Railay Beach, please proceed to the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier. This pier is a short, 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East. If your accommodation is in Ton Sai, please meet your tour guide at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. Guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas are requested to utilize the hotel's shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Email confirmation of your exact pick-up time will be sent by the operator. Please check your email carefully. Kindly meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
