Itinerary

Duration: 8 hours (approximately)
  • 1

We will start the day by driving to rural communities located an hour south of Mérida. During this experience, we will visit four different cenotes, with a break halfway through the day for a traditional lunch. Throughout the tour, we will explore cenotes managed by local communities, and the entrance fees go directly to them to support their livelihoods. Some of the communities we will visit are quite remote, with only a few inhabitants, and we will travel on dirt roads to reach them. However, it will be completely worth it. These cenotes are not the typical tourist sites; they are more rustic and have been preserved in their original natural state.
