Mar y Sol – Solar Boat Experience is the only boat tour in Polignano a Mare eco-friendly boat.
The soothing sound of the sea and a smooth ride through breathtaking landscapes and crystal-clear coves, accessible only by boat.
We welcome small groups on board for an intimate and relaxing experience, with stops for swimming, diving, and snorkeling in the most stunning spots along the coast.
We provide packaged snacks, soft drinks, and snorkeling masks. Upon request, we also offer straw hats, sunscreen, and beach towels for total comfort.
The Tour ends with a toast on board, between sea and sky, as the sun kisses the cliffs

Lama Monachile is the blue heart of Polignano a Mare: an iconic cove set between high cliffs and the historic Bourbon bridge. During the tour we will stop here for a dip in the crystal clear waters and golden sand, experiencing firsthand one of the most photographed places in Italy. It is also here that the famous “Red Bull Cliff Diving” event takes place, expected this year for 28 and 29 June!

Grotta Palazzese is the most famous cave in Polignano a Mare, a natural jewel carved into the living rock and overlooking the sea. Viewed from the sea reveals all its majesty, between turquoise reflections and sheer walls. Today it is home to one of the most impressive restaurants in the world, a popular destination for travelers and international celebrities.

The Rock of the Hermit emerges solitary among the clear waters of the coast of Polignano, shrouded in an aura of mystery and legend. According to tradition, a hermit lived here in search of peace and isolation. Today is a fascinating stop on the tour, perfect for admiring the view and taking suggestive photos.

We conclude the tour with a stop at the romantic Grotta degli Innamorati, a small inlet hidden among the cliffs of Polignano. Wrapped in a love legend, this cave offers an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a last dip in the crystal clear waters and to be lulled by the magic of the sea before returning!
