What to expect

The "Reencounter with the Past" experience is an authentic immersion in the tradition and elegance DA Quinta DE Santa Júlia, a historic Douro property where time slows down. Received with distinction, the visitor is guided POR private gardens, centuries-old vineyards, on a journey that reveals the history OF the family and the secrets of the terroir that moulds DA the wines of Quinta.
Following is a commented and careful taste DE various DOC wines, Porto wine and extra virgin olive oil, served with knowledge and attention to detail. Each wine is presented NO its context, with engaging explanations that value the i DE nity and authenticity of each label.
The culminating moment is a cultural lunch, prepared in a wood stove, where traditional dishes DA region are served, with local ingredients and harmonization with the wines DA house. There are entrances, main dish, typical sweet and Porto wine NO the end, in a serene and full DE character.
After the meal, guests are invited to stay. The experience does not end at the table, you can relax with tranquility DA de, stroll through the forests, explore the woods and vineyards, or simply enjoy the landscape and the silence of nature, without rushes or schedules.
