Unlike many rushed group tours, we allow generous time at each location so travelers can truly enjoy the beauty of the Cotswolds without feeling hurried. Guests will have plenty of time to explore the villages, take photos, enjoy a coffee or lunch, and experience the peaceful countryside atmosphere.
We also understand that every traveler is different, so the time spent at each location can be adjusted where possible depending on the group’s preferences. If guests would like a little more time in a particular village, we always try to accommodate that.
The goal is to make the journey feel comfortable and enjoyable rather than rushed. With scenic countryside drives between stops and friendly guidance throughout the day, this tour is designed to give travelers a genuine and memorable Cotswolds experience.

Meeting and pickup
Please be ready for pickup by 7:45 AM. The tour departs at 8:00 AM sharp, and we are unable to wait for late arrivals.
Pickup is available from locations within Central Edinburgh. If your accommodation is located slightly outside the central area, we can usually arrange pickup from a nearby convenient meeting point.
Please contact us in advance to confirm your exact pickup location. On the day of the tour, kindly wait outside at street level and keep your phone switched on and accessible, in case the driver needs to contact you.
We can pick-up passengers from any location within Central Edinburgh. If your hotel is not within the Central Edinburgh, a nearby meeting point will be arranged.

On the way to Loch Lomond, pass through the vibrant city of Glasgow, Scotland’s largest city known for its rich history, impressive Victorian architecture, and lively cultural scene. The journey from Edinburgh to Glasgow offers beautiful views of the Scottish countryside as the landscape gradually transitions toward the Highlands. For guests who have booked the tour from Edinburgh, a short stop in Glasgow can be arranged for photos if desired. This gives travelers the opportunity to capture a few memorable moments and enjoy a glimpse of this historic Scottish city before continuing the scenic drive toward Loch Lomond and the breathtaking landscapes of the Highlands.

1Loch Lomond
Enjoy a scenic 90-minute circular cruise on Loch Lomond (Both Exeperience are covered in the tour price), one of Scotland’s most breathtaking natural landmarks located within Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Operated by Cruise Loch Lomond, this relaxing boat journey offers spectacular views across the loch’s calm waters and surrounding Highland scenery. During the cruise, you’ll sail past picturesque islands while enjoying views of Ben Lomond, the most southerly Munro in Scotland. Onboard commentary shares fascinating insights into the history, wildlife, and legends of the area. Guests will also enjoy a traditional Scottish whisky tasting onboard, included in the tour price, offering the perfect opportunity to sample a local whisky while taking in the stunning Highland landscapes from both indoor seating and outdoor viewing decks. 2The Kelpies & The Helix
On the return journey to Edinburgh, we make a stop at The Kelpies, one of Scotland’s most famous modern landmarks located in Falkirk. These magnificent 30-metre-high horse head sculptures were created by renowned Scottish sculptor Andy Scott and are inspired by the powerful Clydesdale horses that once pulled barges along Scotland’s canals. Situated within The Helix Park, The Kelpies are the largest equine sculptures in the world and celebrate Scotland’s industrial heritage and mythology. Visitors will have time to walk around the impressive structures, take photographs, and admire the incredible engineering and craftsmanship that make these sculptures a truly iconic sight before continuing the journey back to Edinburgh.

3Falkirk Wheel
On the journey through central Scotland, we stop at the remarkable Falkirk Wheel, the world’s only rotating boat lift and one of Scotland’s most impressive engineering achievements. Opened in 2002, this unique structure connects the historic Forth and Clyde Canal with the Union Canal, lifting boats 24 metres between the two waterways in a spectacular rotating motion. Visitors will have time to walk around the site, take photos of the extraordinary structure, and enjoy views of the surrounding landscape.
