What to expect
After the hunt, we return to our home and gather in the summer kitchen for a three-course truffle tasting. First, enjoy a selection of truffle spreads, cheeses, salami, and local olive oils. Then we prepare scrambled eggs with your fresh truffles right in front of you. Finally, we serve our homemade truffle chocolate cake.
Throughout the experience, we share stories about truffles, our region, and our family. Our team speaks six languages, and we include a food anthropologist to enrich the experience.
