During the class, you’ll create:
- First course: cool, vibrant gazpacho — a refreshing Spanish starter
- Second course: three types of paella — seafood, meat and vegetarian, each simmered to perfection with Bomba rice, Spanish olive oil and saffron
- Third course: bocata de calamares — crisp calamari tucked into fresh bread, a Madrid favorite
