The menu you will prepare includes:
- First course: Beef carpaccio, rustic tartare and buffalo mozzarella with tomato blend
- Second course: Risotto with four options, including saffron and shrimp, porcini mushroom, radicchio with speck and Gorgonzola, or squid ink with seafood
- Third course: Veal scaloppine cooked four ways, with variations such as sage, lemon and wild mushrooms
- Dessert: Creamy semifreddo with caramelized almonds
