If your hotel is located outside the pick-up zone (e.g., Airport, Sarıyer, or Asian side), a meeting point will be arranged or an extra transfer fee may apply. The guide or driver will confirm your name and booking upon arrival. For guests staying in apartments or Airbnbs, please provide the nearest hotel or a clear location for pick-up. In case of traffic delays, please allow up to 10–15 minutes of flexibility in pick-up time.
