We’ll kick things off at a cozy local tavern—one that perfectly captures the spirit of Madrid through both its flavors and atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where locals gather for a quick tapa and a glass of vermouth before lunch. We’ll take a moment to get to know each other while enjoying a homemade Spanish tortilla paired with a glass of house vermouth (as well as a surprise side dish!)—the perfect way to ease into the experience.

Along the way, we’ll pause to enjoy a glass of Crianza wine, perfectly paired with a Spanish classic: Gildas—savory skewers that come in more than 15 delicious variations.
