Please meet me at the famous Hachiko Statue in Shibuya. It is located directly in front of the Hachiko Exit of JR Shibuya Station. The area can be very crowded, so please look for me holding a sign with your name on it.

What to expect

Meet at the restaurant and receive a warm welcome from the staff. Get an explanation of the experience, safety precautions, and hygiene management. Put on an apron and get ready to cook.

Select your ingredients, including various cuts of chicken and fresh vegetables. Learn about the characteristics of each part and preparation methods from the chef. Then, engage in the skewering process, learning tips on how to orient the ingredients and achieve consistent sizes.

Next, learn the art of adjusting heat and flipping timings, meticulously grilling your skewers amidst the fragrant smoke. Choose to season your yakitori with secret grilled salt or special tare sauce.

Finally, savor the hot, freshly grilled yakitori you made yourself. Drinks are available for an additional charge. After your meal, return the tools used, and conclude with a commemorative photo and the presentation of your completion certificate.
