Immerse yourself in Japanese culture wearing a kimono or a yukata in Tokyo. This is a self-guided experience with no tour guide, giving you the freedom to explore the city at your own pace in traditional attire.
Pick up your kimono at the rental shop, where a staff member will dress you and style your hair before you head out. During July and August, wear a summer version of the kimono called the "yukata". Stroll through charming streets, visit local shrines, or enjoy the atmosphere of a summer festival at your leisure.
When you're ready to head home, the kimono/yukata can be returned the next day at your hotel or a nearby convenience store.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Head to our store at the address listed in the meeting point section, where a staff member will be waiting to welcome you. Once you arrive, browse our yukata selection, and we'll take care of the rest! Dressing and hairstyling is included.
What to expect
Reserve your dressing time between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Once you arrive at the shop, a staff member will dress you and style your hair before you head out. During July and August, you can wear a yukata, a light summer kimono perfect for the season.
From there, the day is yours. Stroll through charming streets, visit local shrines, enjoy a summer festival, or sit down for dinner while dressed in traditional attire.
Unlike many rental shops, we offer next-day returns. When you are ready to return the kimono or yukata, simply place your kimono in the pre-provided return bag and drop it off at your hotel front desk, or return it from any 24-hour convenience store if you are staying at a vacation rental or unmanned accommodation.
In-store returns are also available until 5:00pm.
