For hotel pickups, kindly wait in the lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. For pickups from residences or apartments, the driver will meet you at the building entrance.
What to expect
This service is ideal for travelers who plan to cross into Oman independently and continue their journey by bus or taxi after completing immigration formalities.
Important: This service does NOT cross into Oman. Drop-off is strictly at the UAE side of Hatta Border.
