What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We will pick you up from your accommodation. If your location is not listed, please let us know your pickup address. The exact pickup time, based on your location, will be shared with you via Viator message or WhatsApp.
Pickup will be from the parking area of Scandic Rovaniemi City Hotel. The driver will arrive on time and can wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.

Your evening begins with pickup from your hotel or accommodation. Settle into our comfortable vehicle with forward-facing seats and get ready for an exciting Aurora hunt. Throughout the journey, we monitor weather, cloud cover, and Aurora activity to select the best available viewing areas. Our route is flexible, allowing us to change locations when conditions improve elsewhere. At a suitable viewing spot, enjoy the peaceful Arctic surroundings while your guide shares interesting information about the Northern Lights, Arctic nature, and local stories. Your guide will provide professional photography tips and help you capture the Aurora with your own camera or phone. We will also take professional Aurora photos using a DSLR or mirrorless camera. Enjoy warm Finnish drinks, and during the Christmas season, traditional Finnish Glögi. After the experience, we return to Rovaniemi and drop you back at your accommodation, normally between 00:00 and 02:00, depending on conditions.
