  We started our tour at the Don Cayo Distillery. If you choose the Grandfather tour, you will know in detail the process of making tequila, from cooking agave to bottling. If you choose the Great Grandfather tour, the tour starts directly at the La Fortaleza distillery, where you will live a deeper and more traditional experience in one of the icons of artisan tequila.

  Great-grandfather Tour – La Fortaleza Distillery Enjoy your visit to La Fortaleza with the Great Grandfather tour, an immersive experience of approximately 3 hours. During the tour you will get to know in depth the traditional process of making tequila, tour the distillery and have the opportunity to visit the agave fields, understanding the connection between land, time and artisan tequila. It is a complete, authentic and unhurried experience. Grandfather Tour – Don Cayo After the visit to Don Cayo, continue with the tour Grandpa, where you will discover the process of making tequila in the factory and enjoy a guided tasting. In this tour, the only difference is that it does not include the visit to the agave fields, perfectly complementing the experience for those who seek to know tequila from its origin to the cup.
