We shall pick up all travelers staying within the Lakeside area from their respective hotel. Your guide will be waiting for you in the lobby at the designated time of arrival. He will then escort you to the vehicle and introduce to your driver before you set off on the journey to discover some less frequented sides of Pokhara and its surrounding.
After you are picked up from your hotel, you will briefly explore the morning ambience of Pokhara by visiting a local market. If possible, you will try a sweet delicacy in a 100 year old sweet shop!
After the exploration of local market, your hour-long ride continues along a few urban followed by a few rural settlements until the arrival of Khoramukh (1040m) from where you will participate in a scenic hike up to the village of Lwang (1300m), famous for its tea gardens. At your arrival you will be greeted by the hosts of the community homestay. You will have your lunch and dinner here. In the afternoon, you will explore the tea-garden sitting at the foothills of beautiful peaks like the fish-tailed Machapuchre, Annapurna South, Hiuchuli, etc. Possible to try the tea in the village factory. In the evening, if you'd like, you may try your hand at preparing a local food in the kitchen of your host family. Make sure you make the most out of your stay by interacting with the locals with the help of your guide.
After having breakfast at your hosts', you will bid farewell to the family and descend to Khoramukh where your vehicle will be waiting to take you back to Pokhara.
Before arriving the central part of Pokhara, you will briefly stop at a beautiful Tibetan style monastery which is a home to more than 100 monks. Possible to visit the interesting parts of the monastery, including the shrine hall and even participate if there is a ritual going on (you need to take off your shoes to get admitted inside the shrine!) From here transfer to your hotel.
