We will drop you off at your preferred terminal. If you request a pickup from the airport, we will drop you off at your accommodation within the 23 Wards of Tokyo.

What to expect

Please ensure that you select the time of arrival for your driver, not for the flight itself. Enter the flight details separately. We will confirm the reservation information.
We will give the customer our driver and car information to make sure they can contact with each other. The driver will pick up the customer and drive them to their destination. If there are any issues, they can contact directly. Please make sure to indicate your desired Pick-Up (Driver Arrival) time in addition to your flight's arrival/departure times. Thank you
