It’s also a great spot to relax in hot springs or explore local culture. For lunch, try a cozy lakeside restaurant serving fresh soba or the area’s specialty, Hoto noodles, while admiring Mt. 3Mt.Fuji 5th station
The Fujinomiya 5th Station is a popular starting point for climbing Mt. Fuji via the Fujinomiya Route. Located halfway up the mountain, it offers panoramic views, shops, and restaurants, making it a great spot for sightseeing, photos, and experiencing the alpine environment without climbing to the summit. Visiting 5th station is NOT GUARANTEED as it is sometimes closed due to weather conditions, and maintenance.
