Pickup details:

We generally provide airport pick-up from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). Our representative will be waiting outside the arrival terminal holding a placard with the name FROX Holidays for easy identification.

If travelers would like to be picked up from a specific location or area, they can contact us directly at the provided phone number to arrange the service accordingly.

Luggage & Trekking Gear
Allowance: 1 Trekking Duffel (max 15-20kg) + 1 Small Daypack.
Storage: Large bags are securely stowed in our private jeeps/vans during transport to the trailhead (Nayapul/Jhinu).

City Storage: Excess luggage not needed for the trek can be stored for free at your Pokhara hotel or our office.

Pickup & Punctuality
Flight Tracking: Provide your flight details for Kathmandu or Pokhara arrivals; we monitor live status for delays.
Confirmation: You will receive a WhatsApp/message 24 hours before the trek to confirm your guide and pickup time.
Be Ready: Please be in your hotel lobby 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a timely start.
