-If you are staying outside Cat Ba Town Center, please meet us at our office: Cat Ba Gem Cruise.
***If you are arriving in Cat Ba on the same morning, please let us know your bus or ferry details in advance so we can arrange the most convenient pickup.
If you cannot be contacted at the scheduled pickup time, the tour may depart without you.
If you do not require hotel pickup, please meet us directly at **Ben Beo Pier (Bến Bèo). Please arrive **10–15 minutes before the scheduled departure time** so our staff can check your booking and guide you to the boat.

08:00 – 08:30 AM: Pick-up from hotels in the center of Cat Ba Town or from the meeting point at 175 1/4 Street, Cat Ba. Transfer to Cai Beo Pier. 09:00: After receiving your tickets, board the cruise and begin your journey while relaxing and enjoying the peaceful scenery of the ancient floating fishing village. Sail through the breathtaking scenery of Lan Ha Bay 10:00 AM: The cruise continues to Ha Long Bay, a stunning seascape paradise featuring hundreds of majestic limestone islands, part of a spectacular UNESCO World Natural Heritage area.

11:00 AM: Enjoy an unforgettable kayaking experience through emerald waters, weaving between limestone mountains and hidden caves — a must-do activity when visiting Cat Ba Island. 12:00 PM: Free time for swimming in the bay, immersing yourself in the crystal-clear waters — a refreshing and exciting experience surrounded by nature. 13:00 PM: Savor a delicious seafood lunch served on board the cruise.
