Our representative will pick up travelers from hotels within Kathmandu or meet them at the designated meeting point near Sorakhutte Chowk, Thamel. Pickup/meeting time will be confirmed in advance. Our representative will identify themselves and assist travelers before the trip begins.
After arriving in Kathmandu, your representative will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you will attend a short trek briefing where you will receive important information about your trip. Later, you can explore Thamel and buy any last-minute items you may need for the trek.
Today, you will drive from Kathmandu to Syange along scenic highways following the Trishuli and Marshyangdi rivers. Enjoy views of terraced fields, traditional villages, and beautiful hills. At Besisahar, you will switch to a local jeep for the off-road drive to Syange, the starting point of your trek. After arriving, relax and stay overnight at a local guesthouse.
Today, you will begin your trek through lush forests, cross suspension bridges, and pass beautiful waterfalls and small mountain villages. As you gain altitude, you will reach Bagarchhap, a peaceful village with traditional Tibetan-style houses. Enjoy your first real experience of mountain life and stay overnight at a local teahouse.
Today's trek takes you through beautiful pine and oak forests with views of snow-capped mountains. Along the way, you will pass apple orchards, traditional villages, and Buddhist chortens. By afternoon, you will reach Chame, the headquarters of Manang District, where you can enjoy stunning views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal.
Today, you will follow the Marsyangdi River through forests and narrow valleys before reaching wider alpine landscapes. Along the way, enjoy views of the impressive Paungda Danda rock face. By afternoon, you will arrive at Upper Pisang, a traditional village offering beautiful views of Annapurna II and Annapurna III.
Today, you will trek to Manang, following either the higher route through Ghyaru and Ngawal with stunning mountain views or the lower valley trail. Along the way, pass monasteries, prayer wheels, and barley fields. By afternoon, you will arrive in Manang, the largest village in the region, surrounded by spectacular Himalayan peaks.
Today is an acclimatization day to help your body adjust to the higher altitude. You can explore Manang, visit Gangapurna Lake and nearby monasteries, or take a short hike to a viewpoint for beautiful views of Tilicho Peak and the Annapurna range. This rest day is important for a safe and enjoyable trek ahead.
Today, you will leave Manang and continue to higher elevations. As you climb, the air becomes cooler and the landscape changes to alpine grasslands, juniper shrubs, and yak pastures. You may also spot blue sheep along the trail. After a steady walk, you will arrive at Yak Kharka, a peaceful stop surrounded by stunning mountain scenery.
Today, you will take a short but steady trek toward Thorong La Pass. The trail follows rocky paths and crosses glacial streams with beautiful mountain views. By afternoon, you will reach Thorong Phedi, a small settlement at the base of the pass, where you will rest and prepare for tomorrow's challenging crossing.
Today is the most challenging and rewarding day of the trek. You will start early in the morning and hike to Thorong La Pass (5,416 m), the highest point of the Annapurna Circuit. Enjoy breathtaking Himalayan views and colorful prayer flags at the summit. After crossing the pass, descend to Muktinath, a sacred pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists, where you will stay overnight.
Muktinath is one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Nepal and a major highlight of the Annapurna Circuit Trek. Located at an altitude of 3,800 meters in the Mustang region, it is a sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists. Every year, thousands of pilgrims and trekkers visit Muktinath to seek blessings and experience its peaceful atmosphere.
Today, you will descend from Muktinath to the traditional village of Kagbeni, known for its Tibetan culture, ancient monasteries, and mud-brick houses. From there, continue along the Kali Gandaki River to Jomsom, the administrative center of Mustang. Famous for its strong afternoon winds, apple orchards, and stone-paved streets, Jomsom is a great place to relax after the day's trek.
After breakfast, you will drive from Jomsom to Pokhara through the beautiful Kali Gandaki Valley. The journey offers views of rugged mountains, deep gorges, charming villages, and green hills. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you can relax by the peaceful Phewa Lake, explore the lakeside area, or enjoy the city's cafés and restaurants. Stay overnight in Pokhara.
Today, you will return to Kathmandu by a scenic drive or a short domestic flight, depending on your preference. After arriving, you will have free time to explore the city, shop for souvenirs, or visit nearby cultural and historical sites. In the evening, you can relax or enjoy a farewell dinner before your journey home.
Your Annapurna Circuit Trek comes to an end today. After breakfast, your representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure flight.
