For pick up we normally contact the customer by WhatsApp or call to discuss and confirm the location point the customer that wants the Van to arrive. As this is a private tour, we normally set up one single pick up point and time. I will send the driver`s name, photo and contact information to the customer. I will also be in contact with the customer during the tour day and after the tour.
