Discover the carac from all angles! EN Indeed, this Swiss pastry roman DE famous for its green icing and its chocolate melting heart will reveal its secrets during this activity. In a fully equipped and spacious room, you will be welcomed with a drink and I will give you your apron.

The workshop DE pastry on the proposed carac is not a demonstration, but really an immersive workshop. With Céline’s DE and advice, you will make your own pastry. Among other things, you will make the bases DE tartette, the chocolate ganache for fodder and the colorful icing for the finishing touches.

This workshop is particularly for gourmets and gourmets DE wishing to discover some of the gastronomic heritage of the Geneva region. It is also the ideal activity to spend a creative mom EN t with friends or family during a stay in Geneva.

The rendez-vous DE is at the road of Saint Julien 82, 1212 Lancy. It is located near DE Lancy-Bachet station (3min) and sta DE la Praille (5min). We have a parking space DE available for guests.

What to expect

Upon arrival, you will pour yourself something to drink and equip yourself with an apron for the atelier DE pastry. You will then be taken to the kitchen where the activity will take place. This will be divided EN different stages following the making of the caracs: dough, ganache and icing.

In your place, you will find an organized work plan with all the necessary materials and ingredients for the preparation. You will then be able to make your caracs EN following the demonstration without worrying DE anything.

The activity will end with the assembly and decorating of the various EN elements together and a mid-workshop snack.
