With C so simple discover the macarons from all angles! EN Indeed, this pastry famous for its smooth shell and creamy soft heart will reveal its secrets during this activity.
Our workshop DE pastry on macarons is not a demonstration, but really an immersive workshop. With Céline’s DE and advice, you will create your own macarons. Among other things, you will make the shells and a filling based DE buttercream with Swiss meringue. These different stages will introduce you to the art of macaroon and will punctuate the workshop DE pastry. You will move from one plan DE work to another depending on the realization and will get your hands on the dough!
This workshop is particularly aimed at gourmets and gourmets wishing to master the art of macaroon. It is also the ideal activity to spend a creative mom EN t with friends or family during a stay in Geneva.
