A highlight is a visit to Asano Taiko, a world-renowned drum maker with over 400 years of history. Observe craftsmanship, enjoy a live performance, and take part in a hands-on drumming experience. These traditions originate from samurai armor techniques and are symbolized by Kanazawa Station’s Tsuzumi Gate.

The tour concludes with dining at a restored sake brewery restaurant. Enjoy seasonal cuisine paired with local sake, including Kaga no Kikuzake, once favored by feudal lords. Through food and sake, gain insight into the local resources behind Kanazawa’s culture.
