Meeting and pickup
Hotel Confirmation: After booking, we’ll reach out to confirm your exact hotel name and address (or other preferred pickup location) in Ninh Binh.
Participant Info: Please let us know the total number of passengers in your group (pax) so we can assign the right vehicle and guide.
Pickup Time: Your pickup will begin 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time. We’ll confirm the precise pickup time once we have your registration details.
Driver & Guide Details: On the day of your flight, you’ll receive the name and contact number of your driver and paragliding guide via SMS or WhatsApp.
Be Ready: Kindly be in the hotel lobby (or agreed meeting spot) 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time to avoid any delays.
Weather Contingency: If weather conditions change, we may adjust your pickup or flight time. In that case, we’ll notify you at least 2 hours beforehand.
What to expect
Next, receive a safety briefing from your pilot covering flight procedures, safety instructions, and takeoff and landing positions. You'll then be fitted with a certified harness, helmet, and thoroughly inspected flight equipment.
Sit back and enjoy the ride while your certified pilot controls the aircraft. Thanks to the motorized paraglider, no running takeoff is required—simply sit comfortably as the aircraft lifts into the sky.
Depending on your selected package and weather conditions, enjoy unforgettable aerial views of Hoa Lu Ancient Town, Trang An, Nui Lo Lake, and the surrounding karst landscape.
