In this laid-back, hands-on class you will learn to roll two classics from scratch. A California roll loaded with avocado, cucumber, crab and cream cheese wrapped in nori, and a fresh veggie roll with carrots, avocado, cucumber and cream cheese that is as vibrant as it is delicious. Chef Hamzeh walks you through every step, from seasoning your rice correctly to rolling tightly and cutting clean, even pieces that hold together all the way to the dipping sauce.
The setting is casual, the crowd is fun and by the end of class you will already be thinking about whose dinner party you are going to debut these at first.
