Meeting and pickup
The entrance to the venue is located down the spiral staircase next to “Red Rock Kyoto Rokkaku Street.” At the top of the stairs, you’ll see a blue gate, and at your feet, there’s a mat that says “Samurai Training.”
What to expect
You’ll visit a private Kyoto dojo led by a master who trains over 20 students in Kenjutsu, and who handpicks genuine blades, which are hundreds of years old.
