This is more than a kayak ride — it’s a professional photoshoot on the waters of Zanzibar.
With an experienced photographer behind the camera and a dedicated assistant in the water, we focus on creating beautiful, natural-looking images rather than simply taking a few snapshots.
We use professional photography equipment and a 4K drone to capture a combination of aerial footage, photos, and water-level perspectives. You’ll also receive posing guidance throughout the session, so you don’t need to be experienced in front of a camera.
The result is a collection of unique Zanzibar photos and videos that you can share, keep as memories, or use for your social media.
Our focus is simple: great light, great angles, creative direction, and a fun experience.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Meet us on Kendwa Beach, directly in front of the outdoor gym, between Zuri Zanzibar and Sunset Bungalows. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Important: Please do not enter through hotels. The meeting point is directly on the public beach.
What to expect
Your 30-minute session begins with a short safety briefing and a quick introduction to the experience. You’ll then head onto the water in a transparent kayak while our professional photographer captures you from different angles. A dedicated assistant stays nearby to help with posing, positioning, and retrieving the kayak if the current moves it.
The kayak stays close to the beach, and you do not need to know how to swim to enjoy the experience.
We’ll guide you throughout the session to help you get the best poses, angles, lighting, and compositions. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, celebrating a special occasion, or simply want incredible Zanzibar content for your social media, we’ll help you create photos and videos you’ll want to keep.
After the session, your raw files are transferred directly to your device when possible. Your edited gallery is delivered within 3 days.
