Your host will introduce the history and philosophy of Japanese tea ceremony while preparing matcha in front of you. You will learn about the meaning behind the movements and the importance of harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility in tea culture.
Enjoy freshly prepared matcha and traditional Japanese sweets in a peaceful tatami room while appreciating the quiet beauty of the machiya.
