Explore the Royal National Park from Sydney on a day designed for connection, discovery, and presence. We’ll visit Aboriginal carvings, hike to Wedding Cake Rock, swim and share a picnic at Wattamolla Beach, drive the breathtaking Grand Pacific Drive, and meet native animals at Symbio Wildlife Park — but only if you want to. Otherwise, we can head down to one of the natural rock pools or swimming holes. The day is ours. People often tell me they arrive as strangers and leave as friends, and I think that’s what happens when we share real moments in nature. The walls drop, conversations flow, and something genuine unfolds. With a small group of up to six people, it feels personal and relaxed. Join us for a day that feels less like a tour and more like a shared adventure.
Our first stop is the coastal village of Bundeena, the gateway to the Royal National Park. Here, we’ll take a short walk to see ancient Aboriginal carvings etched into the sandstone — one of the park’s most fascinating cultural sites.
Hike to Wedding Cake Rock & Sandstone Terraces Follow a scenic coastal trail across sandstone terraces and cliff tops with sweeping ocean views. Along the way, we’ll stop at the famous Wedding Cake Rock — a striking white sandstone formation perched above the Pacific. It’s one of the most photographed spots in the park and a great place to capture your own unforgettable photos.
Wattamolla Beach Picnic & Swim After the hike, unwind at Wattamolla Beach, a lagoon-style paradise perfect for a refreshing swim and picnic. Enjoy a spread prepared by a local caterer, featuring local cheeses, marinated olives, freshly made dips, crackers, falafel with hummus, dolmades, and seasonal fruit, paired with refreshing locally brewed kombucha.
Grand Pacific Drive & Coastal Viewpoint After leaving the park, we’ll drive along the spectacular Grand Pacific Drive, one of Australia’s most scenic coastal routes. Soak in the sweeping ocean views and stop for photos at a panoramic lookout.
Symbio Wildlife Park (optional) Finish the day meeting some of Australia’s most iconic animals at Symbio Wildlife Park — from kangaroos and wallabies to koalas and colourful birds.
