Please note that we pick up from multiple hotels, so your pickup time will depend on the tour schedule you selected and your hotel location. Pickup Time Windows: Morning Tour: Between 6:15 AM – 7:00 AM Midday Tour: Between 11:15 AM – 11:50 AM Afternoon Tour: Between 1:20 PM – 2:00 PM We will send you a message the day before the tour, around 8:00 PM, once we have the complete list of hotels, to confirm your exact pickup time. Please note: Hotels near Tocumen Airport and in the Veracruz area must arrange separate transportation to join the group, as pickups are only available from central Panama City. We will also send you a message to confirm your pickup time and notify you prior to arriving at your hotel.
