I am Letizia, expert and passionate about Tuscan cuisine and I created this experience to combine your food choices with our tradition in the kitchen. Together with me, you will learn how to create the perfect dough even without eggs, using organic and high quality ingredients.

You will enjoy a Tuscan appetizer accompanied by family-produced wine while the doughs will be "resting". You will learn how to shape your handmade vegan noodles and discover the art of making pumpkin dumplings.

The experience will culminate in a delicious tasting of your creations, complemented by traditional Cantucci and Vin Santo to end the meal on a high note. Let yourself be conquered by the joy of authentic Italian cuisine, revisited in a vegan key.

What to expect

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a smile. You will enter as a guest but in a few minutes you will feel at home, ready to start a 100% vegetable culinary experience in the heart of Tuscany. Together we will rediscover the most authentic and respectful side of our territory, simply learning the art of fresh handmade pasta, making the classic tagliatelle and soft yellow pumpkin gnocchi, following my grandmother's recipes.

While the dough will be "at rest" between chatter and laughter, we will exchange stories and culinary secrets toasting with my family's red wine. The break will be an opportunity to enjoy an authentic Tuscan appetizer, bird beans, crispy bruschetta and schiacciata with olive cream and a selection of local pickles. It is a moment of pure conviviality to discover that our tradition is naturally rich in genuine flavors that perfectly meet your dietary preferences. I wait for you in my house to cook, eat and toast together as happens in Italian families in the traditional "Sunday Lunch"
