What to expect

As soon as you arrive in my home, you will be welcomed with a smile and feel part of my Italian family. Together with me, you will experience an authentic immersion in the flavors of Tuscany in which the protagonist is Bico, the ancient Tuscan poor focaccia, symbol of a peasant tradition that I cherish with love.

After the warm welcome, we will put our hands in dough and teach you the secrets to the perfect dough. While the dough is at rest, we will enjoy a moment of conviviality: a toast with my family's wine and a tasting of extra virgin olive oil.

After about 30 minutes, the Bico will be ready, we will roll it out with a rolling pin and cook it to enjoy it warm and fragrant, stuffed with the best cold cuts and cheeses of our territory. The journey through the flavors of Tuscany ends in beauty with the traditional ritual of Cantucci, the crisp almond biscuits to be soaked in Vin Santo, for a sweet and unforgettable finish. What I offer you is an experience that combines the simplicity of past farmers with Tuscan excellence ingredients.
