What to expect
During this exclusive tour you will be welcomed by an official guide of the Puglia Region, who will introduce you to the history, traditions and authentic spirit of Bari. You will discover the eating habits of the people of Bari, the popular roots of the city and the stories that still breathe in its streets.
After a first stop at the lively fish market, we will enter the less-traveled alleys of Bari Vecchia: among ancient ovens, colorful greengrocers, secret squares and courtyards full of daily life.
The heart of the experience will be the meeting with a lady of the ancient village, who will open the doors of her house to reveal the secrets of tradition: we will learn how to make by hand the famous orecchiette and cavatelli, the symbols of Bari cuisine.
At the end of the lesson, we will continue our journey through time and flavors, exploring the most authentic corners of the old city, with particular attention to the gastronomic and cultural aspects that make Bari so unique.
An intense, genuine and deeply human experience, which will leave you with the true taste of Puglia in your heart and palate.
