What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The translator will pick you up at the meeting point. When all the participants are gathered, you will move with the translator to La Cocina which is located 20 minutes from the meeting point.
When you are in the Temple of San Matias Jalatlaco head to the large trees that are located in the courtyard of the Temple.
What to expect
After drinking the chocolate we will start with a small breakfast accompanied by sauces and tortillas that you will make yourself.
We will cook 2 different moles traditional Oaxaca, you will be surprised with the most delicious flavors. I will explain the history of the dishes we will make and why they are so important in gastronomy.
We will teach you how to make a cocktail with the mezcal and you can have free access to the small bar so you can make more drinks.
We will all cook and share stories and the beautiful traditions of Oaxaca as we eat what we prepare.
