Pickup is available from any hotel or location within the Greater Metropolitan Area (San José, Heredia, and Alajuela). If you're staying outside these areas, we'll coordinate a convenient meeting point. Pickups usually occur between 3:30 and 4:00 a.m., and we'll confirm your exact time via WhatsApp or email two days before your tour. Please provide your accommodation details when booking and be ready 10 minutes early.
