The Lemon Path is the ancient road that connected and still connects the towns of Maiori and Minori. You will only walk the initial part of it with uphill steps, with multiple benches to rest and take awesome pictures along the way!
The farm, reachable in 20 minutes, will be
like an oasis in the desert. Chef Vincenzo and his wife
Desiree will welcome you with enthusiasm. Set your mind to their slow approach to life and have the welcome drink on the terrace in the shade of lemon trees.
Then, you’ll have a guided visit to their lemon groves
where they cultivate “Sfusato di Amalfi”, a lemon
with a unique shape and scent. In the organic garden, you’ll pick all the vegetables you need for the cooking class. The menu changes with the seasons, depending on what the land offers, and Chef
Vincenzo will teach you how to create zero-waste recipes.
After learning all his secrets to recreate them at
home, raise your glass of limoncello to your health—and
to the authenticity of the Amalfi Coast.
