At Amber Cove port, pickup will be at the port lobby. At Taino Bay port, pickup will be in the taxi area. For all hotels, pickup will take place in the hotel lobby. In the case of cruise ports, pickup time is generally 30 to 45 minutes after the cruise ship's arrival. If you are staying at an Airbnb or in another area, pickup will be arranged directly with the customer.
