Your adventure begins with a hassle-free pickup! Once your booking is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange the exact pick-up time that best suits your location. For cruise passengers (Amber Cove / Taino Bay): Your guide will wait for you right outside the port terminal, near the main information area or meeting point, holding a visible sign with the name of your tour. For hotel guests: We will be punctual in the main lobby of your hotel or at the meeting point designated by it. For airport pickups: We will meet you at the arrivals area, right after you claim your luggage. Find our representative with a sign with the name of your tour. Please make sure you are ready at your pick-up point about 10 minutes before the agreed time to ensure a punctual departure. We look forward to receiving you and starting this amazing experience!
