300 million years ago, mountains taller than the Himalayas rose in the heart of Europe. Over the centuries these mountains have collapsed to give way to the sea. The sea, too, ended up withdrawing to make way for the Alsace plain.

Thanks to this complex geology, Alsace is the wine region that probably has the greatest diversity of terroirs in the world. The soils are rich in limestone, marls, schist, sandstone, and even volcanic rock....

Grand Crus are specific vineyards: these plots have been known for centuries for producing high-quality wines.

Some of these wines are on the podium of the ten best white wines in the world.

This unique experience in Alsace offers you the opportunity to discover these exceptional wines in an intimate setting. In the heart of the city, in an air-conditioned space We offer you the chance to discover at least five of these Grand Crus.
