Drop-off point

Drop-off available at any location in Panama City—hotels, tourist spots, residences, or businesses. Just let us know your destination when booking. Flexible and convenient service tailored to your needs.

What to expect

Transfers typically take between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your destination within the city.

1. Booking Confirmation
Customers select their pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and number of passengers. Once the booking is completed, they receive a confirmation email with trip details and contact information.

2. Pre-Trip Communication
A day before the scheduled service, we send a reminder with final pickup instructions, including the driver's contact information and meeting point details (e.g., Gate P4 at Terminal 1).

3. Pickup at Designated Location
The driver arrives at the confirmed pickup point—whether at Tocumen Airport, a hotel, a tourist site, or private residence—holding a sign with the passenger's name. Vehicles arrive on time and are easy to identify.

4. Luggage Assistance
Our driver assists passengers with loading their luggage safely into the vehicle and ensures all belongings are secure before departure.

5. Comfortable Transfer
Passengers enjoy a safe, clean, and air-conditioned ride with professional, bilingual drivers. Free Wi-Fi and water are available in some vehicles (optional add-on).

6. Drop-Off at Destination
Drop-off is made at the location provided in the booking—this can be a hotel, residence, business, or tourist site anywhere within Panama City. The driver helps with unloading luggage.

7. Service Completion
Once the ride is completed, passengers receive a thank-you message and a request for feedback or a review. Support remains available via WhatsApp or email for any follow-up questions or forgotten items.

8. Out-of-City Destinations: Transfers to areas outside Panama City may incur an additional fee, depending on distance. Please confirm with us before booking.
