Come with me and discover the natural and cultural diversity of Oaxaca by tasting its most iconic spirit: Mezcal!
We’ll learn to engage all five senses as we explore how the raw ingredients—different species of agave—and each producer’s unique recipe influence the aromas and flavors of traditional mezcal.
Along the way, we’ll uncover the beautiful stories behind each mezcal and the deep connection that every producer has with their land and the biodiversity that surrounds them.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We are infront of Berber museum, in Matamoros 304, we will meet in the lobby of the building, because we are an speakeasy.
What to expect
1.- We will learn whats agave its features and biology.
2.- We will learn the intimate relationship between agave and humans since 10,000 years ago.
3.- We will have 5 different expressions of mezcal keeping in mind terroir concept.
