  Once the reservation is confirmed, we contact each traveler to coordinate all the details of the pickup, resolve any questions and offer a fully personalized attention according to their preferences. On the day of the group tour to Chefchaouen, pick-up takes place directly from the accommodations whenever vehicle access is possible. Otherwise, we have comfortable and well located meeting points in the medina of Fez, within walking distance of the hotel, to facilitate an agile and organized transfer. For those staying in the modern city or other areas outside the historic center, pickup is done directly from the hotel reception.

  Barrage Sidi Chahed

  During the journey, we will make an approximately 20-minute stop at Sed Sidi Chahed, a strategic location that offers one of the most beautiful panoramic views in the region. Here you will have time to get off the vehicle, stretch your legs and enjoy a peaceful natural environment, surrounded by open landscapes and hills. It is the ideal time to take pictures and contemplate the beauty of the Moroccan landscape in all its glory before continuing with the tour.

  Chefchaouen Medina

  Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, the visit is done freely and at your own expense, as it is a simple and very pleasant destination to tour without the need for a guide, where each traveler can enjoy at his or her own pace its unique charm. The driver-assistant will clearly indicate the exact time and meeting point for the return, which will always be at the same place of arrival, facilitating a comfortable and uncomplicated organization. During the stay, you can tour its famous blue-toned medina, get lost in its picturesque streets, discover the lively Uta el-Hammam square and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of its cafes and local craft shops. There will also be free time for photographs, shopping or simply enjoying the tranquility of the village. Chefchaouen is a destination that doesn’t require a special guided tour, as its beauty lies precisely in walking freely and getting carried away with its unique atmosphere before embarking on a return to Fez.

  Once the visit to Chefchaouen is over, the travellers return to the pre-arranged meeting point, where the driver-assistant meets them and counts the passengers to ensure that the whole group is complete before departure. Then you start the journey back to Fez. During the journey, the driver wishes them a pleasant journey back and one or two technical stops will be made in rest areas, ideal for going to the bathroom, stretching the legs and, if desired, taking a light drink before continuing to the city. We just want to inform you that our driver-assistant is not an official guide, so he does not explain monuments or accompany walks during visits. Upon arrival in Fez, passengers will be dropped off at the same pick-up point where the tour began.
