Your adventure begins early in the morning with hotel pick up at the Zanzibar ferry terminal, where you board a fast ferry crossing the Indian Ocean to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania’s vibrant commercial capital. Enjoy scenic ocean views during the crossing as you prepare for a day rich in history,culture, and local life.
Upon arrival at the Dar es Salaam port, your guided exploration begins with key historical landmarks include Askari Monument, St. Joseph Cathedral, Kivukoni Fish Market, Kariakoo Market and Dar es salaam city center.
After the tour, you will have a lunch and return to ferry and sail back to Zanzibar, enjoying a relaxing sea journey, In Zanzibar, the tour continues on foot through the historic heart of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its narrow streets and Swahili-Arab heritage: People’s Palace, House of Wonders, Old Fort, Forodhani Gardens, Freddie Mercury Museum, Catholic Cathedral, Zanzibar carved doors, Jaws Corner, Anglican Cathedral, Darajani Market.
